I am personally committing to drinking Shakeology every day (ONCE a day) for 30 days, working out 5-6 days a week for 30 minutes or more to Brazil Butt Lift and/or running (or some type of cross training) AND eating CLEAN while following a 28 day meal plan that is super duper healthy.
